What will I need?

Once you have registered an interest in a property, the next step is to ensure you are a suitable tenant.

If you are a prospective professional tenant, our friendly staff will help you fill out the necessary referencing forms. We will require from you:

  • Proof of I.D
  • Employment references
  • Current Landlord references
  • Bank details
  • Two current utility bills
  • A Credit Check

For students, a rent guarantor in full time employment will be required.

Dependent on whether you are a professional or a student, the requirements and fees associated to your rental vary. At Tully and Co we maintain transparency and ensure there are no hidden costs, you can visit the relevant web pages or visit our office for more information.

Our friendly staff will help guide you through any referencing, with the ability to keep track of your application progress to keep your mind at ease. Professional tenants will be able to sign their Tenancy Agreement as soon as we have news back from the referencing agency that their application is successful.

When can I move in?

Once we have received back your successful referencing application, prospective professional tenants can expect us to arrange a suitable day for your move in. We will have keys and a welcome pack with relevant information ready for you to collect in the office, and the property ready for you to move into.

Students are given guidance on move in dates depending on their property, usually beginning in August and September. Students can expect to meet an independent inventory clerk who will take them through the property and record the condition at start of tenancy.
