Paul Chapman, BA (Hons), MNAEA, MARLA, Sales and Lettings Manager
Paul graduated from Portsmouth University in 1998 and initially worked in the design and manufacturing industry. After an enjoyable career working with many high-profile clients, Paul switched industries and went on to work for a large, corporate Estate Agency as a Branch Manager where he stayed for 8 years. Following this Paul worked for an independent Estate Agent as a Branch Sales Manager and joined Tullys in 2015, initially as a Sales Manager and later transitioning to Sales and Lettings Manager. Paul completed his Level 3 award in Residential Lettings and Property Management, qualifying him to join the Association of Residential Letting Agents as a member (MARLA) in 2023 and has recently completed the equivalent sales award and has become a member of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA).

Amy Glasson, Letting Agent
Amy hails from Salisbury in Wiltshire and relocated to Hampshire in 2017. After many years working for a leading retailer, Amy joined Tullys shortly after moving and took to her role as a Letting Agent extremely quickly. Now, with four years experience under her belt, Amy is the recognised face of Tullys lettings. Amy is a popular, friendly member of the team who regularly goes above and beyond to help.

Erica Burr, Credit Controller
Erica is a Cape Town native who ventured to the UK in 2000. With two grown-up children and a recent grand-daughter, Erica is a very family-oriented person. Often the first port of call for tenants, Erica works tirelessly to assist the busy lettings department whilst keeping a tight control on payments. With over 20 years’ in the Financial Services field under her belt, Erica is a vastly experienced member of the team.
