Securing a Property

Once you have found the perfect place, Tully and Co make securing your property easy and stress free. 

Tully and Co offer competitive rates to help you secure the property and get you on your way to moving in.  We use a specialist referencing company, and for your peace of mind we can track your application every step of the way. 

• The first months’ rent is payable in advanced
• In some cases a guarantor may be required

Move in day

Once your application has been accepted, we will arrange a suitable day for you to collect the keys to your new home. On this day, we will provide you with copies of your new Tenancy Agreement, as well as a welcome pack offering you helpful tips and important information for your property. 

Living with Tullys

By the time you have moved in, we hope you feel more familiar with our friendly staff. 

Our office is open 9am-6pm on weekdays and Saturday mornings, at which times you can call us or pay a visit to discuss anything about your tenancy. 

Outside these hours you can email us to ensure that we are always able to stay in touch. At Tullys we pride ourselves on being there for you when you need us, so that you can feel supported throughout your tenancy.
